On 25 July, Consul-General Li Dong attended a symposium held by the Chinese community in South Australia to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Nearly 30 representatives from major Chinese community associations, Chinese media, and student associations attended the event.
