On 19 November, the Consulate-General of China in Adelaide held the premiere reception of Chinese Film Week. Ms. Louise Miller-Frost,  Federal MP, Ms. Cressida O’Hanlon MP, representing the Minister for Arts of SA, Ms Houston, representing the Chair of the South Australia Multiculturalism Commission, Mr. Rober Bria, Mayor of Norwood Payneham and St Peters, Ms. Jill Whittaker, Mayor of Campbelltown and nearly 100 representatives from local government, educational and cultural sectors and Chinese community attended the reception.
