On 6 February 2025, Consul-General Li Dong attended the Chinese New Year Celebration of the Plympton International College. Ms. Jayne Stinson MP, Mr. Stephen Patterson MP, officials from the Department for Education of South Australia and about 300 teachers, students and parents attended the event.
