Chinese Consul-General Mr Cai Siping Assumes Office

Mr Cai Siping, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China to Adelaide, assumed office on 27th July. He was greeted at Adelaide International Airport by representatives of the South Australia Government, the Consulate-General of China in Adelaide, overseas Chinese, Chinese students and Chinese companies in South Australia.

When interviewed by the local media at the airport, Mr Cai expressed his pleasure to have the opportunity to the beautiful city of Adelaide, and he himself and all the colleagues of the Chinese Consulate will do their best to provide excellent consular services. He is also ready to work together with friends from all fields in South Australia to further promote the friendly and cooperative relations between China and South Australia.
